A Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At RevolutionGirlz.com we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at RG, we will honor returns for 30 days after receipt of shipment. All returns for credit and exchanges must be in new unused condition with a copy of the original invoice.
Please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to shipping any product back to revolutiongirlz.com. We cannot honor returns without a RMA Number. To obtain an RMA number please contact us at service@revolutiongirlz.com. Upon receipt of your request RG will confirm receipt and forward RMA # with 24 hours. You will receive your RMA, and instructions for return or exchange.
If you have damaged product upon receipt please contact us immediately and we will work to get a claim filed and replace or refund your purchase upon return of the damaged product via the RMA process mentioned above.
We ship VIA FedEx & USPS Priority; the rates and transit terms will vary. We can overnight and expedite delivery. See our freight tables below for regular and expedited shipping.
